Fight. Survive. Thrive.
Helping men navigate cancer before, during, and after diagnosis through education, support, advocacy, and community.
Men will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime
Of men's cancers we educate and raise awareness about
Committed to building a community where no man faces cancer alone
"When I was diagnosed with head and neck cancer, I felt completely alone. I couldn't find resources built for men like me. That's why I built this foundation — so no man ever has to feel that way again."
In 2020, our founder was diagnosed with head and neck cancer. What followed was one of the most grueling journeys a person can face — 30+ radiation treatments, 4 rounds of chemotherapy, a feeding tube, and months of recovery that tested every limit of body and spirit.
Through it all, he noticed something troubling: there were very few resources, communities, or support systems built specifically for men facing cancer. Men were expected to be tough, to push through, to figure it out alone.
Now in remission, he founded the Man Cancer Foundation with a simple but powerful promise: No Man Fights Alone. MCF exists to make sure every man facing cancer has access to education, support, and a community that understands what he's going through.
Read the Full StoryWe are in the early stages of building programs that will make a real difference for men affected by cancer. Here's where we're focused.
Providing clear, honest information about men's cancers — symptoms, screening, and what to expect during treatment.
Breaking the stigma around men's health and encouraging men to take cancer screening seriously.
Helping men and their families find the right doctors, support groups, and community resources.
Creating space for survivors to share their stories, connect with others, and find hope after treatment.
Reaching men in underserved communities where cancer awareness and early detection resources are limited.
Advocating for men's cancer research funding, policy changes, and better access to care.

"I almost skipped my colonoscopy. That one appointment changed everything."
"I was 28 when I was diagnosed. Finding a community of men who understood made all the difference."
